Remote Access Support
Our policy is to fix your computer as fast as possible. If we can't resolve your issue quickly over the phone, then we will direct you to one of the links opposite and remotely access your computer to diagnose / fix it via the Internet - It's like having the engineer in the room with you!
Our remote support service is free to maintenance contract customers and for under guarantee support issues or £35 per hour (minimum charge £15). One hour maximum is normally enough time to resolve most common problems.
The operator will request your credit / debit card details for payment.
If the problem cannot be remotely fixed then we will advise you how best to proceed.
Off-Site / On-Site Support
Some problems may require an 'on-site' callout which can be arranged.
In some cases an "off-site" workshop repair maybe required.
